Cancellation policy & reschedule appointment
We understand that cancellations are sometimes the result of important or unforeseen circumstances.
- Up to 24 hours in advance: free cancellation or rescheduling
- Within 24 hours: (partial) costs equal to the reservation value
- Within 4 hours or in case of a no-show: 100% of the reservation value will be charged, without exception.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot make exceptions to this, as late cancellations have a direct impact on our schedule and availability.

Lateness policy
Of course, we always do our best to help you.
However, it may happen that we are unable to fully carry out the treatment if other clients are scheduled after you.
We would like to point out that in this case, the full amount of the booked treatment will be charged.
